Job summary

TeamLogic IT Scranton is seeking an experienced MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver high-level IT support for SMB clients. You will handle servers, networks, and software, mentor junior staff, and lead projects from planning to completion.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent customer service, and the ability to work onsite and remotely as needed. Travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support, including MSP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software; troubleshoot complex issues escalated from Level 1/2.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions with emphasis on security and performance.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades, patch management, backups, and monitoring; ensure security and compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering professional, timely support and recommending technology solutions to improve business operations.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, installations, and software deployments; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for client environments, including diagrams and configurations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians; conduct training sessions to boost team skills.
• Ensure client systems comply with regulations and industry standards; perform audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies, including after-hours and weekend coverage as needed.
