The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation, and regulatory/compliance awareness, with opportunities for after-hours support and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, 2+ in Level 3 role; MSP exp preferred.
• Windows and Linux server environments; virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Networking, security, firewalls, VPNs; monitoring tools like SolarWinds/Auvik.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software; troubleshoot escalations.
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions; monitor performance and security.
• Perform maintenance, patching, backup/recovery, and system monitoring.
