Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for SMB clients. You will handle servers, networks, and software, while guiding junior technicians and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Expect a hybrid schedule with occasional travel and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support, including 2 years in a Level 3 or senior technician role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications such as Network+ or CCNA a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/ Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Strong networking and security knowledge; experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Auvik).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software.
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions for clients.
• Perform maintenance, patching, backup, and monitoring; ensure security and compliance.
• Maintain client relationships, understand needs, and recommend tech solutions.
• Lead IT projects, migrations, installations, and deployments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of environments and procedures.
• Mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians; conduct training sessions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and perform audits as needed.
• Provide on-call support, including after-hours and weekends.
