TeamLogic IT, Inc. is seeking a skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver advanced IT support to small and mid-sized businesses. The role covers servers, networks, software, and cloud services with a focus on security, reliability, and customer service.

You will manage projects, coordinate with vendors, mentor junior staff, and ensure documentation and process standardization across client environments. A hybrid work model and occasional travel are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years IT support experience with MSPs; Level 3 or senior tech preferred
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms
• Strong networking, security practices, and familiarity with monitoring tools
• Experience with RMM and ticketing systems; documentation and process standardization
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and applications
• Design and manage robust client networks and ensure security compliance
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, backups, and monitoring
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors for successful delivery
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and provide training sessions
• Create detailed client environment documentation and diagrams
• Respond to emergencies with after-hours support when needed
