Job summary

TeamLogic IT, East Buffalo, NY seeks a skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for small to mid-size businesses. You will handle complex server, network, and software issues, while guiding junior techs and coordinating projects.

Ideal candidates have deep Windows/Linux server knowledge, virtualization experience, cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS), and strong customer service skills. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support, 2+ years in Level 3/senior tech
• Bachelor's in IT/CS preferred; relevant certifications welcomed
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software
• Design/implement robust network solutions and monitor performance
• Perform regular maintenance: patches, backups, and security compliance
• Maintain client relationships and recommend tech solutions
• Lead IT projects: migrations, installations, deployments
• Create and maintain detailed client documentation
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and provide training
• Ensure regulatory and cybersecurity compliance
• Provide on-call emergency support including after-hours/weekends
