Job summary

TeamLogic IT in San Dimas, CA is seeking a highly skilled Managed IT Services (MSP) Level 3 Technician to deliver top-tier IT support to SMBs. You will handle advanced issues, manage networks, and lead projects while mentoring junior staff and maintaining client relations.

The role requires extensive Windows/Linux server experience, virtualization, cloud platforms, and strong communications. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be needed; hybrid onsite/remote schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support, 2 years in Level 3 or senior role; MSP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Strong networking, firewall, VPN, and cybersecurity knowledge with monitoring tools experience (SolarWinds, Auvik).
• Experience with RMM tools like NinjaRMM and ticketing systems such as Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
• Proficient in documentation tools (Hudu, IT Glue, SharePoint) and process standardization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions for clients; monitor performance and security.
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, backups, recovery, and system monitoring.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, installations, and deployments; coordinate with vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed client documentation including network diagrams and configurations.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians; conduct training to improve service quality.
• Ensure client systems comply with data privacy and cybersecurity standards; perform audits.
