TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled Managed IT Services (MSP) Level 3 Technician to join our team, delivering top‑tier IT support to SMB clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support with at least 2 years in level‑3 or senior technician roles.
• Preferred MSP experience and a IT related bachelor’s degree; certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions for clients.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, backups, and monitoring.
• Maintain strong client relationships and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead IT projects, migrations, installations, and deployments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of environments and processes.
• Mentor Level 1–2 technicians and conduct trainings.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide on‑call support including after‑hours and weekend emergencies.
