Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to join our team, delivering advanced IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. The role requires extensive technical expertise, problem-solving, and a strong customer service mindset in a fast-paced IT environment.

The candidate will handle server/network administration, project management, and documentation, while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring client security and compliance across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in IT support, including 5 years in Level 3 or senior technician role.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field preferred; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions; monitor performance.
• Perform regular maintenance including patch management and backups.
• Maintain client relationships and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead IT projects including migrations and deployments.
• Create and maintain client environment documentation.
• Mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians; conduct training sessions.
• Ensure regulatory/privacy/compliance alignment; conduct audits.
• Provide on-call support including after-hours and weekends.
