Job summary

TeamLogic IT Mt. Vernon/Alexandria is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver top-tier IT support for SMB clients. You will handle advanced server, network, and software issues, lead projects, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong problem‑solving, communication skills, and experience with RMM/ticketing tools, documentation, and IT security best practices. Hybrid onsite/remote work with opportunities for certifications and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support, including 2 years in Level 3 or senior technician role.
• MSP experience preferred; Bachelor's in IT/CS preferred with relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions with a focus on security.
• Perform regular maintenance: patching, backup/recovery, monitoring; ensure security/compliance.
