Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Illinois to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, guiding them from application to closing and beyond.

You will collaborate with the Home Lending team to promote products, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while building strong relationships with customers and branch staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds as an internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
