Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will apply deep knowledge of home lending products to guide customers, coordinate with the Home Lending team, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting Chase financial solutions. You will coach others, collaborate with bankers, and use market insights to grow mortgage originations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and goals.
