Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, leveraging deep product knowledge to support a smooth process.

You will guide clients through mortgage options, collaborate with branch teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including NMLS and Dodd-Frank. A strong local real estate market understanding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
