Job summary

You will join a motivated team dedicated to guiding clients toward homeownership and delivering an outstanding customer experience through collaboration with branch teams and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with product training.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing to create a strong customer experience.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers as mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations.
