Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing.

You will be the primary contact for customers and apply product knowledge and financial analysis to tailor loan options while complying with regulations. You will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations across footprint territories to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
