Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle.

You will guide clients toward homeownership, adhere to regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the Home Lending team to promote financial products. You will train branch teams, work with bankers to introduce clients to additional products, and leverage marketing efforts to drive mortgage originations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Builds strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Acts as internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining good relationships with customers.
• Uses consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
