JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will promote Chase mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

You will guide clients, leverage in-branch teams, and use marketing tools to grow originations, building strong relationships with customers and branches alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
