Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, applying deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements. You will market mortgage solutions while supporting customers' homeownership goals.

You will join a team that coaches branch staff, collaborates with bankers to meet client needs, and drives mortgage originations through strong relationships and cross-sell strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
