You’ll act as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, coach branch teams, and collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage originations while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service. The role emphasizes consultative selling, market knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts and cross-sell.
Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships.
Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
