SECU is seeking a Senior Member Services Officer to apply broad branch operations knowledge, resolve member issues across channels, and evaluate loan applications for approval or denial within assigned limits.

The role includes mentoring staff, training teammates, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, and supporting branch operations risk management and day-end balancing. Strong interpersonal skills and service standards are essential.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED; preferred Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or Associate degree.
• Minimum 4 years of SECU or related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; must meet compliance standards.
• Willingness to participate in training and complete core modules within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Approve loans within assigned Tier 3–Tier 5 lending limits and review loans outside limits.
• Mentor and train other staff; provide guidance as needed.
• Resolve member issues and complaints across channels, documenting efforts.
• Assist supervision of the MSO area to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Balance end-of-day processes and assist with branch risk assessments and facility issues.
• Greet and assist members across in‑person, phone, and digital channels; support transactions and account maintenance.
