Qualifications

• Completion of Consumer Lending Program (CLP) courses.
• Assist members in all areas of consumer lending. Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations and approve/deny within assigned limits.
• Research and resolve member complaints.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist members in all areas of consumer lending and approve/deny within assigned limits.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawers as required.
• Handle foreign currency and foreign checks according to guidelines.
• Assist with training and mentoring of staff.
• Resolve member issues and complaints across channels, including in-person, phone, and digital.
• Organize and maintain records, and facilitate member safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of SECU products and services to provide informed recommendations.
