Job summary
A mortgage company is looking for a motivated Loan Officer to manage their business remotely. You will enjoy uncapped commissions while developing strong relationships with referral partners. The ideal candidate has an active NMLS license and proven closing success. This opportunity offers the flexibility to grow your own team or work independently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

- Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, and Financial Planners.
- Provide administrative, operational, and compliance support.

- Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO!
- Licensed in 28 states and growing!
- Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate!
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
- An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
