SECU in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Lead Member Services Officer to guide branch operations, mentor staff, and oversee loan underwriting in line with SECU policies. The role requires strong leadership, compliance, and customer service across all channels.

Ideal candidates will have substantial MSO experience, solid knowledge of lending policies, and the ability to train others while supporting deposit and loan activities.

Qualificações

• Lead MSOs resolve member issues across all channels.
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure training completion.
• Underwrite loans in line with SECU policies and lending guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and branch controls.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with branch leadership in ABM/VP/SVP direction.
• Balance cash handling and teller operations as needed.
• Interact with members to provide service across channels.
• Support mortgage lending and other MSO responsibilities as needed.
