Qualificações

• Customer service excellence and strong communication are essential.
• Experience evaluating loan applications and making recommendations within policy.
• Ability to train and mentor other staff and work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of credit union policies, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve member issues and complaints across delivery channels.
• Evaluate loan applications and provide recommendations for approval/denial within limits.
• Assist in training other employees and mentor less experienced staff.
• Supervise MSO area to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Research and independently resolve member complaints.
• Assist with branch operations tasks and end-of-day balancing.
