Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a patient scheduling specialist to coordinate office visits and procedures. You will manage high call volumes, maintain physicians' schedules, and assist with patient registration and financial transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimally 5 years of prior medical scheduling.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

• Read and understand medical benefits.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule office visits and procedures (may be done via phone or face-to-face).
• Assist with high call volume.
• Assist in patient registration and financial transactions.
• May schedule radiology/lab and recall scheduling.
• Check-in/check-out patients and reconcile charges.
• File records in EMR and scan documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
