Job summary

Viatris Specialty LLC is seeking a driven sales professional to develop territory plans and execute high-quality customer engagements in the United States. You will conduct compelling presentations, meet quarterly targets, and build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to travel throughout territory.
• Must reside in territory geography.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
• Professional or Senior leveling will be based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Develop positive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather and utilize information from offices and pharmacists to develop strategies for territory prescribers.
• Leverage sample programs, literature and other items to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond to customer requests timely with accurate information.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
