Job summary

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; highly motivated self-starter.
• Willingness to travel throughout territory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles; develop pre-call planning.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers and managers; ensure field productivity.
• Gather information from offices and prescribers to tailor territory strategies.
• Leverage samples and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
