Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve marketing and growth performance across B2B and B2C cohorts. You will sit with marketing, growth, and analytics teams, advising leadership with data-driven insights and clear recommendations.

You will define metrics, own attribution, and build self-serve dashboards while collaborating with Data Engineering to ensure robust event tracking and data models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms, including attribution and its limitations.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead lifecycle and attribution to pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Define metrics and build a measurement foundation for marketing and pipeline analytics.
• Own attribution models across channels and platforms (Marketo Measure, Salesforce, Snowflake).
• Develop early-warning dashboards and dashboards for leadership decision making.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, and Product to align tracking and reporting.
• Produce clear, actionable insights and mentor peers in analytics best practices.
