Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how marketing effectiveness is measured and improved across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to surface insights, drive recommendations, and stay with decisions through to outcomes.

You will define metrics, own attribution, and build dashboards that inform media mix, budget decisions, and product impact on user acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting structure for B2B and B2C marketing analytics.
• Own the attribution model and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator dashboards to monitor pipeline health and growth.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with transparent methodology.
• Measure registration funnel performance and channel attribution end-to-end.
• Create self-serve dashboards for Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, and Leadership.
