Job summary

Niche is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to own the measurement and improvement of our marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions that impact acquisition, conversion, and revenue.

You will build dashboards, own attribution models, forecast pipelines, and mentor junior analysts while operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end.
• Proficient with web analytics and paid media platforms.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for marketing to schools.
• Own B2B pipeline analytics and attribution.
• Develop leading-indicator dashboards.
