Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with marketing leadership to surface insights, provide concrete recommendations, and stay with the analysis through decision-making.

You will lead end-to-end marketing measurement, from tracking implementations to attribution analysis, and collaborate across data engineering and product teams to ensure reliable dashboards and self-serve metrics for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years of marketing/analytics experience.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data including web analytics and paid media platforms.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing, pipeline analytics, attribution, and CRM linkage.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement foundations for marketing to schools and districts and for student acquisition.
• Own the B2B attribution model, data definitions, and data flow between tools.
• Develop early-signal pipeline dashboards and growth tests with clear recommendations.
• Analyze organic search performance and maintain semantic layer-driven dashboards.
