Job summary

Niche seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how marketing performance is measured and improved across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing leadership to surface insights with actionable recommendations, and stay with the work through the decision it informs.

You will work across marketing, growth, lifecycle, and product analytics, building dashboards, establishing definitions, and ensuring data integrity for reports used by executives and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or similar function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting and recommendation.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads).
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead/MQL lifecycle and attribution.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution data (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Ability to translate complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics for how marketing markets to schools and districts and document reporting.
• Quantify which channels/campaigns generate pipeline and what leads are worth.
• Develop leading-indicator reports for pipeline health and growth.
• Own B2B attribution model and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with transparent methodology.
