Job summary

Niche, the leader in school search, seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and performance of its marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with marketing, growth, and lifecycle teams to surface insights, drive recommendations, and stay with the work through decisions.

You will define metrics, build dashboards, and own attribution models while collaborating with data engineering on tracking and data models to enable self-serve analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting and recommendation.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, or equivalent).
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle, multi-touch attribution, and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing measurement for B2B and B2C analytics.
• Define metrics, calculations, and reporting for demand and pipeline.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health and performance.
• Manage attribution models with Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with clear, documented methodology.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix, budgets, and growth tests.
• Champion AI-assisted analytics and promote adoption across teams.
