Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C channels. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to surface insights, provide actionable recommendations, and stay with the work through decisions.

This is a senior individual contributor role embedded with Analytics. You will work on attribution, campaign measurement, and organic/search analytics, building dashboards and self-serve views for leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end, from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms, including attribution.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics, including multi-touch attribution.

Responsibilities

• Define the measurement framework for marketing across B2B and B2C domains, including metrics and reporting locations.
• Own the attribution model and data flow between Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake; ensure reliable tracking.
• Develop early-signal pipeline and registration analytics to guide growth investments and forecasts.
• Size opportunities and design growth tests with clear reporting and dashboards for leadership.
• Build self-serve dashboards enabling marketing, lifecycle, and leadership to answer recurring questions.
