Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve the performance of our marketing engine across B2B and B2C. You will partner with marketing, growth, and analytics to surface insights and drive decisions affecting pipeline and user acquisition.

This role emphasizes end-to-end measurement, rigorous SQL, and data visualization. Build dashboards, maintain attribution models, and shape our semantic layer while advancing AI-assisted analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related data function.
• Own marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on web analytics and paid media experience with attribution and its limits.
• Experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics and multi-touch attribution.
• Familiar with Marketo, Salesforce, and data integration challenges.
• Able to translate analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics that matter and how they are calculated across B2B and B2C domains.
• Own attribution models and data flow between Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading indicators and dashboards for pipeline health and acquisition.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix, forecasts, and growth tests.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for leadership.
• Champion AI-assisted analytics and grow data literacy across teams.
