Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and optimization of its marketing engine across B2B and B2C channels. You will lead end-to-end analytics, from tracking to reporting, partnering with Marketing, Growth, and Product to drive pipeline and registration growth.

You will build robust dashboards, validate data sources, and mentor peers while leveraging a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and AI-assisted analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and paid media platforms.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution data (Marketo, Salesforce).
• Strong ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Senior proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and AI-assisted analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for marketing to schools and districts.
• Assess channels, campaigns, and pipeline impact; quantify marketing-sourced value.
• Develop early-indicator reporting for pipeline health.
• Own the B2B attribution model across Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Maintain campaign tracking and attribution reliability with Marketing and Sales.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with clear methodology.
