Job summary

Niche is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and optimization of our marketing engine across B2B and B2C analytics. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle to surface insights, drive forecasting, and improve pipeline and user acquisition metrics.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to define event tracking, data models, and a robust self-serve analytics layer.

Qualifications

• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms, attribution.
• Experience in B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead to pipeline and revenue attribution.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write reproducible analyses.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting foundations for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics.
• Own B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator pipeline reporting for marketing and sales leadership.
• Measure registration funnel, attribution, and growth in B2C analytics.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing on media mix, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth and leadership.
• Build monitoring for organic search performance and algorithm impact.
• Partner with Product and Data Engineering on event tracking and data models.
• Mentor analysts and advocate AI-assisted analytics in practice.
