Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and optimize our marketing engine across B2B and B2C flows. This senior IC works with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams, partnering with leadership to surface insights and recommend actions.

You will build measurement foundations for pipeline analytics, attribution models with Marketo Measure and Salesforce, and end-to-end registration analytics, while mentoring peers and advancing AI-assisted analytics across the data stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics and establish reporting.
• Own B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Own registration analytics, including funnel performance and paid/organic attribution.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for teams.
• Mentor analysts and partner with Data Engineering on event tracking.
• Champion AI-assisted analytics in your work and validate insights.
