You will coach, mentor, and coordinate with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful customer engagements and revenue growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering or related roles in software/tech.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team towards goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• In-depth cybersecurity knowledge and awareness of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants with performance feedback and development opportunities.
