ServiceNow seeks a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (SLED) to lead a pre-sales team and drive technical solutions across key accounts. You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to deliver demonstrations, proposals, and strategic guidance that align with customer needs and revenue growth.

You’ll mentor and develop a team of Solution Consultants, manage performance, and ensure a high-performance culture while traveling up to 40% to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales in software/tech.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences.
• In-depth cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset to analyze data, metrics, and sales trends.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants, setting goals and evaluating performance.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical demos, presentations, and proposals throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop deep product understanding to articulate value and contribute to sales collateral.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements, address concerns, and drive outcomes.
• Coordinate with product marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Identify process improvements and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
