Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role in software/tech.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• In-depth cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of products and trends.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to analyze data, metrics, and sales trends.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants.
• Provide technical sales support including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to align solutions with customer needs.
• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and address challenges.
• Deliver demonstrations and proof of value to drive successful outcomes.
