ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (SLED) to lead a team of pre-sales solution consultants and drive technical solutions throughout the sales process. You’ll mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with sales, product, and marketing to secure successful customer engagements.

You will provide expert demonstrations, develop sales materials, and help shape strategy while traveling up to 40% as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales in software/tech.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity and relevant industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Set performance goals and evaluate team members’ progress.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to align technical solutions with customer needs.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, proofs of value, and customer-facing engagements.
• Develop sales collateral and resources, and provide strategic input to sales strategies.
• Conduct customer site visits, ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams, and support customer success.
