ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (SLED) to lead a team of pre-sales Solution Consultants and drive technical solutions throughout the sales process.

You will coach the team, align with sales and product, and guide pre-sales from a technical standpoint to win customer engagements. You will collaborate with product and marketing to stay ahead of industry trends, deliver demonstrations, and contribute to strategy and collateral.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., CS, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide a high-performance team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• In-depth cybersecurity knowledge of products and industry trends.
