Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights (Remote) to lead the division's HR technology, analytics, and employee listening platforms across the enterprise.

You will set multi-year strategy, govern HR systems, oversee budgets and vendor partnerships, and drive data-driven decision making with a strong emphasis on security, equity, and AI governance. This is a national remote role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Strong HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Proven project, program, and change management skills.
• Ability to partner with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, and vendors.
• Deep core HR knowledge across orgs, compensation, benefits, and lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-year technology strategy for People and Community division.
• Govern HR system configuration, integrations, security, data, reporting, and vendors.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner alignments with IT, Finance, Legal.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech decisions including AI & data strategy.
• Build and develop HR systems and analytics teams; ensure equitable access to development.
• Own technology intake and prioritization ensuring value, risk, and standards balance.
• Serve as process owner for internal controls and audit evidence.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and responsible AI use.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service for employees.
