Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) in the United States seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights for a remote role. You will shape the HR technology ecosystem, lead workforce analytics, and govern employee data with a focus on security, compliance, and responsible AI.

You will direct the division's technology roadmap, drive cross-functional partnerships, and mentor the HR systems team to deliver enterprise value while balancing risk and value for the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise, with Workday experience and integrations.
• Experience in HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization across modules.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, security, and audit support in HR systems.
• Proven project/program/change management skills in enterprise settings.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, security, finance and vendors.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Govern HRIS configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in tech, data, AI, and security forums.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable growth opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization across the division.
• Own internal controls for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Protect sensitive employee data and ensure responsible AI use.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service.
