Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the HR technology and workforce analytics strategy. This remote role oversees governance, security, and enterprise data practices while guiding senior leaders on platform investments, AI use, and workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits
• Experience leading HR system implementations and upgrades
• Familiarity with compliance, controls, and security in HR systems
• Proven project, program, and change management skills
• Strong cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance
• Deep understanding of core HR processes and lifecycle data

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data reporting and vendor performance
• Oversee HR technology budgeting, renewals, and partner management
• Represent People & Community in technology forums influencing decisions
• Lead HR systems & analytics team development and growth
• Own technology intake and prioritization to balance value and risk
• Maintain controls and evidence for audits and regulatory reviews
• Protect sensitive employee data and ensure responsible AI usage
