Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights. This remote role shapes the technology ecosystem, workforce analytics, and employee listening platforms, partnering with senior leaders to drive responsible AI use and secure data governance.

You will own the division's technology roadmap, oversee budgeting and vendor relationships, and lead teams delivering enterprise-scale HR solutions and insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise-wide programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, integrations, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners in collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology and data governance forums to protect employee trust and maximize enterprise value.
• Lead the HR systems and analytics team, building capability and equitable development opportunities.
