Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the technology ecosystem for People and Community, including HRIS, analytics, and employee listening. You will shape strategy, governance, and data-driven decisions across enterprise functions.

You will guide the HR systems roadmap, ensure security and compliance, and partner with senior leaders on AI usage and workforce insights. Remote-friendly with national scope.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS expertise with Workday configuration, security, and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise HR system implementations and improvements.
• Strong compliance, controls, and security mindset in HR tech.
• Experience partnering with HR, IT, Finance, security, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Analytics.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, and data quality.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor performance across HR tech.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech forums and AI decisions.
• Build and mentor the HR systems and analytics team for growth.
