CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights, remote in the United States. You will set the long-range technology roadmap for People Systems, drive governance, security, and analytics, and lead a team to deliver enterprise-wide HR solutions including Workday and AI-enabled insights.

• Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday configuration, security, and integrations.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security within HR systems.
• Proven project/program management across budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes: org structures, compensation, benefits, lifecycle, performance, and talent data.

Responsabilidades

• Set the multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Oversee HR systems governance, data, reporting, and security.
• Lead budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partner management.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech, data, and AI discussions.
• Build and mentor the HR systems and analytics team.
