Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights, remote across the United States. You will shape the technology ecosystem for People & Community, directing HRIS and analytics initiatives including Workday configuration, security, and reporting, while aligning with enterprise strategy.

You will lead a team, govern system investments, and partner across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to deliver compliant, data-driven workforce insights and responsible AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday, including configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization efforts.
• Experience with compliance, controls, and security within HR systems.
• Project, program, and change management expertise across enterprise projects.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR domain knowledge including org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle, performance.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights, aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner programs with IT, Finance, Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech decisions affecting employee data and AI use.
• Develop HR systems & analytics talent, succession, and equitable development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure internal controls evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and responsible AI use in automation decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, service delivery, and self-service for employees and managers.
