Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights – remote.

You will set the multi-year technology direction for the People & Community division, lead HRIS governance, and drive workforce analytics and employee listening platforms at enterprise scale.

Partner with senior leaders to balance value, risk, and compliance, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and mentor the HR systems team in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards and audits.
• Lead or support enterprise HR system implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Project and change management in large cross-functional programs.
• Strong partnership with HR, IT, finance, security and vendors.
• Core HR processes including org structures, compensation, benefits and lifecycle data.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People & Community tech ecosystem.
• Govern HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Lead HR analytics and workforce reporting for executive audiences.
• Mentor the HR systems and analytics team and drive adoption.
• Ensure data protection, audits, and responsible use of automation/AI.
